Return Policy & Cancellation

At Certified Scrunchie Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality, handmade scrunchies and hair accessories. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Order Cancellation (Within 12 Hours)

We understand that plans can change. Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded only if the cancellation request is received and confirmed within 12 hours of the order being placed.

How to Request a Cancellation:

  • Email us at certifiedscrunchieinc@gmail.com
  • Use the subject line: Urgent Cancel Order
  • Include the following in the email body:
    • Order number
    • Customer full name
    • Optional: Reason for cancellation

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been cancelled. Refunds will only be processed after this cancellation confirmation has been sent. Refund processing time is 7 days.

Requests received after the 12-hour window cannot be guaranteed and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

All Sales Are Final (After 12 Hours)

After the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has entered processing or production. This policy allows us to maintain product quality, efficient operations, and fair pricing.

Quality Assurance

Each scrunchie is handmade and carefully inspected for quality and design prior to shipping. We provide detailed product descriptions and images to help you make informed purchasing decisions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to styling guides or tutorials, are non-refundable due to their immediate access upon purchase.
